Purpose:
To note the progress with the overall Regeneration Programme .
To authorise the service of demolition notices and the suspension of tenants’ Rights to Buy in relation to secure tenancies at the following residential blocks within the South Kilburn Estate being: Dickens, Blake, Crone, John Ratcliffe and Zangwill and authorise the Director of Regeneration and Environmental Services to issue all and any notices required to be issued in connection with such demolition.
To note the proposal to refresh the existing MasterPlan.
Decision:
(i) that the progress made to date in delivering the South Kilburn Regeneration as detailed in the submitted report at Appendix 1 be noted;
(ii) that the serving of demolition notices and the suspension of secure tenants’ Rights to Buy in relation to secure tenancies in blocks Dickens House, Blake Court, Crone, Zangwill and John Ratcliffe House (together defined as ‘Phase 4B’ of the South Kilburn regeneration programme) be authorised and the Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment be authorised to issue all and any notices required to be issued in connection with such demolition.
