To approve the appointment of an ECO Delivery Partner.

Decision:

(i)         that agreement be given to the award of a contract for a single delivery partner for Green Deal and ECO works in Brent to Lakehouse Contracts Ltd;

(ii)        that it be noted that the award was subject to the agreement of Brent Housing Partnership, as they are joint client for the contract with the Council.

Reason Key: Signficant expenditure/savings of £500k or more;
