To endorse the statement submitted by the Leader of the Council to the Independent Reconfiguration Panel (IRP), which is reviewing the proposed changes to health services in North West London, known as Shaping a Healthier Future. As a result of the need to meet the deadline of end July, the Leader’s statement is being submitted to Executive for retrospective endorsement.
