To note the contents of the annual report with regard to the Fostering Service which updates on the progress during April 2011 to March 2012 and refers to concerns identified around the placement budget. Action is to increase recruitment and moving children out of Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs).
Decision:
(i) to note the contents of both the Fostering Service Annual Report and Regulation 35 Report;
(ii) to approve the Fostering Service Statement of Purpose.
