Purpose:

To note a summary of the treasury management activity during the first two quarters of 2012/13, the assurance that none of the Prudential Indicators have been breached and a prudent approach has been taking in relation to investment activity with priority being given to security and liquidity over yield. To recommend the report to Full Council.

Decision:

that the 2012/13 mid-year Treasury report as also submitted to the Council and Audit Committee be noted.
