Purpose:

To provide an update on key issues for the proposed specification highlights as well as confirm the final scope of the contract and agree the evaluation criteria and governance arrangements, further to the report submitted to the Executive in July 2012.

Decision:

that approval be given to the pre-tender considerations for the proposed Parking Services contract as set out in section 4 of the report as per requirement of Contract Standing Order 89 (Pre-tender Consideration).
