 (i)        that the contents of the petition be noted;

 

(ii)       that the response of officers to the petition as set out in the report from the Head of Transportation be noted and agree that officers consider including a review of the GM CPZ operational hours when compiling the 20011/12 CPZ works programme for the committee’s approval in due course;

 

(iii)      that the lead petitioner be informed of the decision of the Highways Committee in regard to this matter.
