That the Director of Housing Services:
i) Approves the Council entering into a grant agreement with Homes England for the purpose of funding the Building Safety Programme. The initial amount offered is £667,500.00 for The Oaks.
ii) Approves the Council entering into further grant agreements with Homes England for the Building Safety Programme, estimated at £4,025,100.00, subject to formal award from Homes England.
