Decision:
That the Cabinet Member for Housing, Homelessness and Renters, having consulted with the Leader:
i) Approves the variation of the Mechanical and Electrical contracts listed in paragraph 3.3 of the accompanying report to enable a further extension of up to twelve months to such contracts in accordance with paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the Constitution.
ii) Approves the extension of Mechanical and Electrical contracts referred to in paragraph 3.3 below for a period of up to twelve months.
