To request authority to award a contract for refurbishment works at 28 High Street, Harlesden, NW10 4LX.
Decision:
That the Director of Inclusive Regeneration and Climate Resilience:
i) Approves the award of contract for refurbishment works at 28 High Street, Harlesden, NW10 4LX for 40 weeks in the sum of £330,263.32 plus VAT to Woodland Corporate Interiors Ltd.
Reasons for the decision:
The Council requires the provision of refurbishment works at 28 High Street, Harlesden, NW10 4LX. Council officers have undertaken a procurement exercise and identified Woodland Corporate Interiors Ltd as the sole contractor providing an economically advantageous offer in accordance with relevant evaluation criteria and therefore recommend award of contract to Woodland Corporate Interiors Ltd.
Alternative options considered:
Officers considered whether the refurbishment works could be provided by the Council itself but concluded that refurbishment works were best provided by a contractor.
Officers reviewed a range of procurement options and determined that the use of a framework is the most appropriate and cost effective means of procuring a contractor.
