Purpose:
To approve the revised timetable for the replacement of the Brent Local Plan and authorise the publication of the notice of intention to commence preparation on the replacement of the Brent Local Plan.
Decision:
That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning and Property:
i) Approves the Council’s publication by 30 June 2026 of the notice of intention to commence plan-making for a new Brent Local Plan.
ii) Approves publication by 30 June 2026 of Brent’s Local Plan timetable as set out in Appendix B.
