That the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Planning, having consulted with the Leader:
i) Agrees the variation of the Design and Build Contract with Wates Residential Construction Ltd for the delivery of the Church End Redevelopment Project as set out in paragraph 3.2 of the accompanying report.
