In relation to Agenda Item 4: 25/0041 - Little Trainers Playground and Hazel Road Community Centre, 26 Hazel Road and Harriet Tubman House, 28 Hazel Road, London, NW10 5PP, Councillor Kelcher declared a personal interest, noting that he knew the some of the objectors personally. He further advised that residents had approached him regarding their views on the application but confirmed that he had not expressed any opinion.

Councillor Kelcher had not sought to take any predisposed position in the consideration of the application and therefore felt able to consider the matters relating to the planning application impartially and without any form of pretermination. He therefore remained present for the duration of the discussion and consideration of the application for decision.
