Purpose:
Authority to award for a supported living accommodation for people with Learning Disability and Autism at 127-129 Harrowdene Road.
Decision:
(1) To approve the extension of the contract for the provision of Independent Living Learning Disability accommodation-based support services at 127 and 129 Harrowdene Road with Centre 404 for a period of 12 months from 7 November 2024 to 6 November 2025.
(2) To approve the variation of the contract for Independent Living Learning Disability accommodation-based support services at 127 and 129 Harrowdene Road with Centre 404 to allow for the extension detailed in (3) below.
(3) To approve an extension to the current contract with Centre 404 for a period of 12 months from 7 November 2025 to 6th November 2026 in the sum of£0.860m.
