To request authority to award a street lighting contract for the provision of Maintenance Services.
Decision:
That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Public Realm and Enforcement:
i) Approves the award of contract for the provision of Street Lighting Services for maintenance and schemes to FM Conway Limited for a period of four (4) years with the option to extend by yearly periods up to a maximum of two (2) years (on a 4+1+1 basis) in the sum of £7.2m plus VAT.
