That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration:
i) Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in the report.
ii) Approves the award of contract for a highways management software system to Symology Limited for 3 years plus one additoinal year in the sum of £642,988 by way of a direct award from Lot 2 – Cloud Software of the G Cloud 14 Framework Agreement.
