The Corporate Director Finance and Resources:
i) Approves the award of the design and build contract for the Newman Catholic College Additional Resourced Provision (ARP) to Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd for the sum of £2,829,884.54.

Parties Consulted: The Cabinet Member for Children Young People and Schools and the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources have been consulted on the SEND Capital Programme progress and these specific projects. Ward members will be kept up to date with project progress. The Senior Leadership Teams at the school have been kept up to date with the progress on the contractor procurement and will be contacted to arrange kick-off meetings with the contractor.
