To request authority to tender for a care and support contract at Supported Living Services for people with a range of disabilities at Peel Road.
Decision:
That the Cabinet Member for Community Health and Wellbeing:
i) Approves inviting tenders for a new care and support contract at Peel Road on the basis of the pre-tender considerations.
ii) Approves officers evaluating the tenders on the basis of the evaluation crtieria.
iii) Delegates authority to the Corporate Director Community Health and Wellbeing to award the contract to the successful bidder.

Parties Consulted: Stakeholder engagement re-commenced in March 2024. Some activity had been undertaken by previous commissioners in the autumn of 2023. Co-production is at the heart of the Brent approach. Officers have visited the service, met with all residents and some family members. The feedback receivede has been very positive with only minor changes to the delivery model proposed. The relevant Cabinet member has been consulted and a specific session planned with the ward councillors.
