That the Corporate Director Care, Health and Wellbeing, having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Public Health and Adult Social Care:
i) Approves the direct award of a contract for a Perinatal Mental Health Team to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust for 2 years, in the sum of £303,571 per annum, a total of £607,142.00.
