To request approval for an exemption pursuant to Contract Standing Order 84(a) of the requirement to tender a contract for Perinatal Mental Health Services for a period of 2 years, in accordance with paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the Constitution.
Decision:
That the Cabinet Member for Public Health and Adult Social Care, having consulted with the Leader:
i) Approves an exemption pursuant to Contract Standing Order 84(a) of the requirement to tender a contract for Perinatal Mental Health Services for a period of 2 years in accordance with Paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the Constitution.
