Purpose:
To note the establishment and appointment to the Barristers’ Services Framework of the chambers and approve entry into an access agreement with the London Borough of Ealing to enable Brent Council to access and use the Barristers’ Services Framework.
Decision:
That the Cabinet Member for Finance, Resources and Reform, having consulted with the Leader:
i) Notes the establishment and appointment to the Barristers’ Services Framework of the chambers set out in Appendix 1 in respect of Lots 1 – 11.
ii) Approves entry into an access agreement with the London Borough of Ealing, enabling Brent Council to access and use the Barristers’ Services Framework.
