Purpose:
To request authority to extend the Managed Print Service Contract.
Decision:
That the Corporate Director Finance and Resources:
i) Approves the variation of the contract with Ricoh (UK) Limited for printing services to allow differing extension durations for separate services under the contract.
ii) Approves the extension of the contract with Ricoh (UK) Limited for printing services as follows:
a) Print Room services to be extended for nine months from 1 July 2023 to 31 March 2024; and
b) Off site Bulk Print and Hybrid Mail services to be extended for 16 months from 1 July 2023 to 31 October 2024.
