for the Brent Indian Community Centre redevelopment, which seeks to
deliver 29 affordable homes and a new community centre.
Decision:
That the Strategic Directior Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, Homelessness and Renters Security (previously Lead Member for Housing & Welfare Reform):
i) Approves the appointment of Willmott Dixon (Construction) Limited (‘Willmott Dixon”) for the construction of a Community Centre and 29 affordable homes at 19 Dudden Hill Lane, NW10 2ET in the sum of £15,644,762.34.
