To consider representations made during consultation and adopt the Affordable Workspace Supplementary Planning Document as part of the Council’s suite of Local Plan related documents.
Decision:
That the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Planning, in consultation with the Strategic Director Regeneration and Environment:
i) Consider the consultation representations received, officer response, and recommended changes as set out in Appendix 2 of the report.
ii) Approve the adoption of the amended Affordable Workspace Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) as set out in Appendix 1.
