Purpose:
To agree that the Appropriation Land is surplus to requirements and is no longer required for the purpose for which it is currently held. To consider the representations made by third parties. To agree that the land is to be appropriated for planning purposes pursuant to the planning permission.
Decision:
That the Strategic Director Regeneration and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Planning:
i) Considers the representations made by third parties.
ii) Agrees that the Appropriation Land is surplus to requirements and no longer required for the purpose for which it is currently held.
iii) Once consideration has been given to the representations made pursuant to (i) and (ii), to then agree that the Appropriation Land is to be appropriated for planning purposes pursuant to the Planning Permission.
