To request authority to award a contract for the delivery of phase 2 works at Carlton and Granville.
Decision:
That the Strategic Director Regeneration and Environment, in consultation with the Lead Member Regeneration, Property and Planning:
i) Approves the award of a works contract to Guildmore Limited to deliver the planned regeneration improvements at the Carlton and Granville Centres.
ii) Notes the proposed funding arrangements across different sources as outlined in section 5 of the accompanying report.

Parties Consulted: The project has undergone consultation with site users and occupiers. Members of the group participated in the evaluation of the contractors bid.
