Purpose:
This decision is seeking approval to enter into a revised Section 75 Agreement in line with the Better Care Fund Plan for 2021/22.
Decision:
AGREED to
(1) Note the succession of the North West London Clinical Commissioning Group to the NHS Brent Clinical Commissioning Group with regard to the Better Care Fund pooled Budget.
(2) Confirm approval of the extension to the existing Section 75 Agreement in respect of the Better Care Fund pooled budgetwith North West London Clinical Commissioning Group for a period of 12 months from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022.
(3) Confirm approval of the variations to amend the S.75 Agreement in respect of the Better Care Fund pooled budget and financial arrangements as set out in Appendix 1 of the accompanying report.
