Purpose:

Delegated decision to award the contracts for the Homecare Services in Brent

Decision:

That:

i) the Strategic Director, Community Wellbeing in consultation with the Lead Member for Adult Social Care, approves the award of the contracts for Lots 1 to 13, and Lots 16 to 19 to the providers referenced below in Schedule 1 List of Providers for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for 2 years.

ii) the Strategic Director, Children and Young People in consultation with the Lead Member for Children's Safeguarding, Early Help and Social Care, approves the award of the contracts for Lot 14 and Lot 15 to the providers referenced below in Schedule 1 List of Providers for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for 2 years.

iii) the Strategic Director, Community Wellbeing and Lead Member for Adult Social Care note the withdrawal of Lot 20 from the framework and that the contract for Lot 20 will not be awarded under the framework.
