Purpose:
To agree the award of the new LBLA Barrister
Framework following a collaborative procurement process.
Decision:
(1) To note the establishment and appointment to the Barristers’ Services Framework of the chambers set out in Appendix 1 and detailed in section 3.2 of the accompanying report in respect of Lots 1 – 5 and Lots 7 and 8.
(2) To note that appointment to Lot 6 (Planning) within the Barristers’ Services Framework will take place at a future date as detailed in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report.
(3) To approve entry into an access agreement with the City of London Corporation enabling Brent Council to access and use the Barristers’ Services Framework.
