Purpose:

To seek approval for the award of a contract for a Delivery Partner for the redevelopment of the Chippenham Gardens site, located in South Kilburn NW6. The consented scheme will consist of the delivery of high quality residential homes, which will include a new public realm, car park spaces, landscaped private and shared gardens and associated highway and other infrastructure.

Decision:

That the Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment in consultation with the Lead Member Regeneration, Highways & Planning approve the award of a contract for a Delivery Partner for the Chippenham Gardens site to Higgins Group Plc. which will partner with Octavia Housing.
