Purpose:

For the Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment in conjunction with the Lead Member of Regeneration; to use his delegated powers to authorise Brent Council, to enter into a and Limited Liability Partnership with Londonewcastle, arising from the Cabinet decision taken on 24 April 2017.

Decision:

1. The Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment in consultation with the Lead Member of Regeneration, Growth, Employment and Skills, agreed the terms of entry into a joint arrangement with London & Newcastle Capital Limited.

 

2. The Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment in consultation with the Lead Member of Regeneration, Growth, Employment and Skills, agreed the creation and entry into a Limited Liability Partnership with Londonewcastle (Kilburn) Limited as set out inthe draft Members Agreement attached to Appendix 4 of the Key Officer report attached.
