To award a social care and support provision contract related to the New Accommodation Independent Living (NAIL) project, at an Extra Care Housing facility in Park Royal.

Decision:

that approval be given to the award of a contract to Metropolitan Housing Trust, for the provision of care and support services at the new ECH facility in Brent for an initial period of two (2) years with an option to extend the contract for a further two (2) successive one (1) year periods.
