Purpose:
To approve the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Regulation123 List that sets out the types of infrastructure that the council will spend CIL funds on. To approve the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulation123 List and advertise on council website and consider any representations. To delegate changes to CIL Regulation123 List to Director of Regeneration and Growth in consultation with Lead Member for Regeneration.
Decision:
(i) that approval be given to publish the CIL Regulation 123 List as set out in Appendix 1, advertise the Regulation 123 List on the council’s website and consider any representations arising;
(ii) that authority to make, consult and publish changes to the Regulation 123 List be delegated to the Strategic Director of Regeneration and Growth in consultation with the Lead Member for Regeneration.
