Decision details

To approve the inviting of tenders in respect of care and support services and tenancy management arrangements as required by Contract Standing Orders 88 and 89.

(i)         that approval be given to to the pre - tender considerations and the criteria to be used to evaluate tenders in respect of tenancy management arrangements with associated leases for the 3 properties located in Beechcroft Gardens, Kinch Grove and Manor Drive as set out in paragraph 6.1 of the report;

(ii)        that approval be given to the invite of tenders in respect of tenancy management arrangements with associated leases and evaluate them in accordance with the approved evaluation criteria referred to in (i) above.

(iii)       that approval be given the pre - tender considerations and the criteria to be used to evaluate tenders for on site care and support services at the 3 properties located in Beechcroft Gardens, Kinch Grove and Manor Drive as set out in paragraph 6.1 of the report;
(iv)       that approval be given to the invite of tenders in respect of on site care and support services at the 3 properties located in Beechcroft Gardens, Kinch Grove and Manor Drive and evaluate them in accordance with the approved evaluation criteria referred to in (ii) above.
