Purpose:
To note the contents of the report as required under the Adoption Regulations 2011 which sets out progress against the improvements in the Adoption service, during April 2011 to March 2012 referring to delays in adoption placements, the small number of Adoption orders made, the recruitment campaign to increase Brent adopters for Brent children and ensuring earlier matching.
Decision:
that the contents of the report and of the Action Plan contained in Appendix A to the report from the Director of Children and Families.
