Purpose:
To consider and grant applications for NNDR discretionary and hardship rate relief.
The report will contain and appendix that is not for publication as it contains the following category of exempt information as specified in Paragraphs 3, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, namely: “Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)".
Decision:
that agreement be given to the discretionary rate relief applications in Appendix 2 to the report from the Director of Finance and Corporate Services and to the rejection of the hardship application in Appendix 3.
