Purpose:

To declare Masons Field at Fryent Country Park as a Local Nature Reserve. Declaring Masons Field at Fryent Country Park as a Local Nature Reserve will provide consistency throughout the Country Park.  It is part of a range of projects to improve biodiversity and public access to the field.

Decision:

(i)         that agreement be given to the Declaration of Masons Field as a Local Nature Reserve;

(ii)        that agreement be given to officers to complete the remaining stages of the Declaration and Public Notice (as outlined in paragraphs 3.14-3.15 of the report from the Director of Environment and Neighbourhood Services.
