To approve the permanent expansion of Leopold Primary School, a community school, by two forms of entry from January 2016, (conditional upon the grant of full planning permission under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and any related conditions granted on 6 October 2015).

Decision:

that approval be given to the permanent expansion of Leopold Primary School, a community school, by two forms of entry from January 2016, (conditional upon the grant of full planning permission under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and any related conditions granted on 6 October 2015).  The alterations would to provide sufficient permanent primary school places in this region in line with the council’s statutory duties and it’s School Place Planning Strategy 2014-2018.
