Purpose:
To approve the novation of the contract between NHS England and London North West HealthCare Trust for Commissioning of Health Visiting and the Family Nurse Partnership following transfers to the Council from NHS England on the 1st October 2015.
Decision:
That approval be given to novate the NHS England contract with London North West Healthcare Trust for 0-5 children’s health services for health visiting and FNP services with effect from 1st October 2015 from NHS England to Brent Council for its remaining term of 6 months to 31st March 2016.
