Purpose:
To authorise the invite of tenders for the provision of procurement and management of temporary accommodation for the Housing Association Leasing Scheme (HALS).
Decision:
(ii) that approval be give to the pre-tender considerations and the criteria to be used to evaluate tenders for the HALS Procurement and Management of Temporary Accommodation as set out in paragraph 3.2 of the report from the Strategic Director Regeneration and Growth;
(ii) that approval be given to invite expressions of interest, agree shortlists, invite tenders for HALS Procurement and Management of temporary Accommodation and evaluate them in accordance with the evaluation criteria referred to in section (ii) above.
