Purpose:

To adopt the Placemaking Plan as a vision for the Burnt Oak, Colindale and The Hyde areas; to approve a funding plan that considers the use of S106 and new CIL resources to implement key highway and public realm improvements, looking at local funding (local CIL and Ward working monies) to bring forward shorter term wins such as some improvements to alleyways; to endorse collaborations amongst London Boroughs of Brent, Barnet and Harrow and Transport for London.

that the Burnt Oak, Colindale and The Hyde Placemaking Plan as a vision for the Burnt Oak, Colindale and The Hyde area as recommended by Brent Planning Committee be endorsed.
