To approve the award of a framework agreement for supporting people services for the Adult Social Services and Regeneration and Major Projects departments which will include lots for supported accommodation; floating support; activities co-ordination.  The report will also seek approval to extend some existing contracts to align with the commencement of new contracts under the award of this one. Services will cover all client groups currently receiving services under existing Supporting People services.  Contracts to commence in two phases: January-February 2013 and April – June 2013.  The services support the prevention of homelessness for vulnerable adults and support them to maintain tenancies through managing the tenancy, accessing training and work; maintaining social support networks.
