Authority to award the Pre-Construction Services Agreement for the South Kilburn Primary School
To approve the award of a Pre-Construction Services Agreement following a compliant procurement process in line with the Council’s Contract Standing Orders. Cabinet on 9 December 2024 delegated authority to the Corporate Director for Neighbourhoods and Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning and Growth, to approve the procurement approach and pre?tender considerations. The Agreement will support design development, construction planning, and cost validation, with break provisions if requirements are not met.
