Approval to increase the allocation from restricted funds to undertake essential repairs and maintenance for the Barham Park Estate building and to proceed with the agreed Heads of Terms to amend or discharge the restrictive covenants on 776 and 778 Harrow Road in line with the agreed Heads of Terms.
In addition, to authorise the Director of Property and Assets to agree regearing of ACAVA lease and delegate authority for agreeing the lease with new tenant.
