This report concerns the future provision of a
contract for the delivery of Hard Facilities Management (FM)
services for Brent Council’s operational buildings. This
report requests authority to award the contract for the delivery of
Hard FM services in accordance with the cabinet decision of 10th
February 2020 delegating authority to approve the same to the
Strategic Director for Regeneration & Environment for a period
of 5 + 2 years.
