Award of contract for a Delivery Partner for the Peel Project

 

 

This decision concerns the approval to award a contract for a Delivery Partner for the redevelopment of the Peel Site, located in South Kilburn NW6. It is a residentially led mixed use development which includes a health centre, retail and highways and public realm improvements. This decision requests authority to award contracts as required by Contract Standing Order 88. The Officer Key Decision report attached summarises the process undertaken in tendering this contract and, following the completion of the evaluation of the tenders, recommends to whom the contract should be awarded.
