Subject to delegated authority being approved by Cabinet on 15th January 2018, to approve the preferred bidder from the Architecture, Design and Urbanism Panel (ADUP) framework for the Wembley Housing Zone programme.
Reason for withdrawal from the Forward Plan:
The contract being awarded is less than £1 million and is less than 30% of the Housing Zones budget, therefore this is no longer defined as a Key Officer Decision. The decision will be recorded on the ‘Officer Decisions’ section of the Council’s website when it is made.
