To grant permission for Property to tender refurbishment works for the two Council-owned supported housing schemes at 73 & 80 Wembley Park Drive as part of the NAIL Programme Accommodation and Financial Mitigation Plan approved by Cabinet in February 2017.

The Council’s contract delegated authority levels may have changed by February 2018, which may cover the contract level that was initially envisaged for this issue.
