To give Delegated
Authority to the Strategic Director of Resources to award a
building contract to the successful tenderer.
To authorise the Strategic Director of Resources in consultation
with Chief Legal Officer to appropriate the car park site for
planning purposes (refer to appendix A) under section 203 of the
Housing and Planning Act 2016.
Reason for withdrawal: The project is on hold until further notice.
