Fire Safety in Council’s Stock
To approve a programme of Type 4 Fire Risk
Assessments be undertaken in every block to ascertain whether there
are any significant breaches in fire compartmentation. Upon
completion our fire strategy should be reviewed and clearly defined
to inform a programme of improvements.
To approve that the fire safety improvement programme be integrated
within the HRA capital investment programme and considered in the
context of the current Grenfell investigation and national review
of fire safety standards
